Nancy Niswender, Clerk-Treasurer and Administrator

 

Nancy started in February 2016,  appointed to the positions of: Chief Fiscal Officer of the Village, Budget Officer, Records Access Officer, Election Officer, Public Information Officer, Clerk to the Board of Trustees and the Village Boards of Light, Water and Police.

Ashlyn McCarty, Deputy Clerk

 

Ashlyn joined the Village in fall of 2022. She started as the Customer Service Representative. She became the Deputy Clerk June 2024 and assists the Clerk-Treasurer in daily duties as well as clerk functions. She also handles planning and zoning matters.

Angela Conger, Deputy Treasurer

Angela began working with the village in 2016 in the recreation department.  She joined the office as Customer Service Representative in October 2019. She became Deputy Treasurer in 2022 and assists the Clerk-Treasurer in daily duties as well as billing of the utilities and other Village Office financial functions. 

Charmagne Rumgay, Customer Service Representative

Charmagne joined the Village in July of 2024. She handles customer service payments, deposits, and assisting staff in their daily duties. 

Becky Koenig, Director of Recreation

Becky has joined the Village in the beginning of 2023 as the director of recreation. She oversees all of the youth sports and is incorporated adult programing to the betterment of the community at large.
