Before you dig call, so water-sewer & gas lines can be marked.
To help in the event of an emergency please make sure your house number is clearly seen from the road.

All payments Electric, Water Sewer and Village Taxes can be made at our office during regular business hours or you can leave them in our drop box in the door. The bank will accept our utility payments. Any unpaid Water/Sewer
bills will be relyved to your Village Taxes.
Electric Bills are sent out monthly. For persons renting, we require a $50.00 deposit.
Water & Sewer are sent out quarterly March, June, Sept., Dec. Please put your account number on your check.
It is important to keep your address updated if we send your bill to your home and you have a P. O. Box the post office will not forward your bill.
We ask that you make your water/sewer and electric meters accessible (clear of snow and debris) to insure a correct reading and billing.

T-Cat offers bus services to Ithaca several times per day. For your convenience Bus passes may be purchased at the Village Clerk’s Office, bus schedules are also available.
Wednesday is trash pick-up day in the Village; trash should be placed on the curb by 6:00 am. There are 2 haulers that pick-up in the Village. 1) Doug’s Trash Removal 898-3220 2)
Casella Disposal Service 277-3000. Call one of these haulers for pick-up. Trash tags must be placed on your trash bag prior to pick-up; these can be purchased at various locations.
The Village has curbside recycling; this is done bi-weekly. Here is a list of things that they will take, newspapers, magazines, clean corrugated boxes, glass jars, metal cans, and plastic jugs. For a recycle bin and full list
