The Village of Groton is located in the northeast corner of Tompkins County in the beautiful Owasco Valley. 2,470 residents call our Village home. Originally a small industrial village, we have been transformed into a "bedroom" community, enabling our residents to enjoy a true small town atmosphere, where the living is as simple as it can be in our fast paced society.
